2025-26 Annual Report

To promote transparency and accessibility of information, the Civil Rights & Title IX Office publishes annual reports that provide an overview of reports received and the resolution of formal complaints.

Between August 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026, the Civil Rights & Title IX Office received 83 reports concerning potential discrimination, harassment, sexual and interpersonal misconduct, and other related matters. These reports involved incidents alleged to have occurred between the 1980s and 2026 but first reported to the Office during the 2025“26 academic year. Delayed reports are common and expected.

Reports came from responsible employees (46), self-reports (33), anonymous reporters (3), and a family member (1). Of the 83 reports received, 47 did not allege conduct that would constitute a violation of applicable College policies, and four could not be categorized based on the available information. The remaining 32 reports alleged potential violations of the Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy and/or the Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Policy.

The Office provides information about available resources and resolution options to individuals who report concerns. Complainants are not required to pursue a formal resolution process, and many choose not to do so. During the 2025“26 academic year, four reports proceeded through disciplinary resolution.

The annual report provides additional information about the types of conduct reported, available resolution options, and disciplinary outcomes.
