Occidental was named the No. 5 NCAA Division III school for football by the NCSA on Thursday.

Next College Student-Athlete, a college recruiting company, produces rankings with the goal of, helping families find the right college fit athletically, academically, socially and financially. The methodology includes engagement by recruits on the NCSA website, IPEDS data, and other non-athletic variables.
The Tigers begin the season on Sept. 7 at home against CETYS University.
